Hello my fellow blogger. This is my last blog and I want to extend more on the 4 Ps of the marketing mix that Chick-fil-a uses in their organization. As I’ve said in my last blog, Chick-fil-a uses the 4 Ps to understand what the product or service can offer and how to plan a successful product offering. Based on the lecture that was given in the classroom, the 4 Ps are Product, Promotion,Price and Place. Their products are very unique compared to other restaurants across the country because they their products fresh and daily. I think Chick-fil-a’s fresh products are what welcomes a lot of customers. Instead of going to Mcdonalds or some place else, people love going to eat at Chick-fil-a because they have fresh and ready to go products. The next P of the marketing mix is promotion. Going back to the previous blog, Chick-fil-a promotes their products through their religious beliefs and the purpose is to glorify God. This concept gives them advantage against their competitors because more people that also believe in the same religion or beliefs would want to come to Chick-fil-a instead of going somewhere else. Promotion have so many elements including advertising, public relation, and social media that are great tools to get your products out there in the world. The third P of the marketing mix is price. What makes Chick-fil-a price little bit higher than any other restaurants like Mcdonalds is the quality of their products. The final P of the marketing mix is place. Place is a very important marketing tool to use to get your product out there in the world. Chick-fil-a does a great job on picking perfect places to advertise their products. They use any place they could find just to get their product out. They use billboards, water towers, TV, and radios. They also use the sides of buildings and made the appearance on professional sports.
